Baptist World Aid Australia is a Christian charity organisation that aims to end poverty and help the less fortunate around the world.

The Baptist World Aid Australia website was one of the largest projects DelaneyDavidson staff have worked on. The website boasts a sophisticated online donation system, gift shop, petition system and child sponsorship section. It also features a powerful user area, where supporters can manage their accounts.

Online Donation System

Coby and Iain partnered to create a sophisticated online donation system for Baptist World Aid, allowing supporters to make donations to the charity organisation from their computer, tablet or mobile device.

Gift Shop

The Baptist World Aid Australia website also features a gift shop – an eCommerce system with a twist. Instead of purchasing physical products, supporters purchase a gift for a less fortunate person somewhere in the world. The system can also generate personalised eCards, and schedule these cards for sending at a later date.

Petition System

As part of their mission to better the world around them, Baptist World Aid Australia requested a petition system to help empower their supporters in creating change. We created a powerful system allowing supporters to send letters to Members of Parliament, order postcards, and sign online petitions.

Online Magazine

Baptist World Aid Australia has a number of magazines that they publish frequently throughout the year. Coby and Iain developed a custom online magazine, allowing the content from the printed magazine to be translated into online content in an efficient and user-friendly format.

Child Sponsorship

A key Baptist World Aid Australia’s campaign is their child sponsorship program. We created a powerful system that allows child sponsorships to be organised through the website. Supporters can search through available children, and view profiles of the child before making their decision. Once sponsored, supporters can interact with their sponsor child by sending letters through their Member’s area.

Member's Area

Baptist World Aid Australia’s website is fully powered by, and integrated with, a custom Microsoft Dynamics CRM. As part of the site supporters can log in and manage their account details, including their mailing details and email preferences, as well as view their donation and transaction history, and any sponsored children.
