Health Industry Training website

Health Industry Training recognised the need for a rebuild of their existing website, in order to better position the business as the definitive national provider for health training.

DelaneyDavidson proposed a redeveloped website with a robust, future-proof website built to grow with the business. As a content-heavy website, the new website included powerful features aimed at categorising and finding exactly what the user is after. Lead generation was also managed by a powerful enquiry system.

Course Search

With over 40 courses offered by Health Industry Training, the ability for potential students to easily find relevant courses was very important. DelaneyDavidson developed powerful search functionality, allowing courses to be searched for by title, course code, or simply keyword. In addition, the search form prioritises results by relevance - ensuring the best results are returned to the user.

Content Management and Categorisation

As part of their service to their potential students, Health Industry Training opted to provide a wide array of information for each course, including information about delivery and assessment methods, admission requirements, student support and course structure. DelaneyDavidson developed a series of accordion style content blocks, to help provide information to the user without overwhelming them.

Intuitive Course Search Menu

One problem DelaneyDavidson identified with the previous Health Industry Training website was an inability to find course information. As well as the Course Search bar, a sidebar menu and breadcrumb navigation was also included. These menus listed all courses Health Industry Training offered in an intuitive way.

Staff Resources

As an online learning platform, the ability for Health Industry Training to upload and manage online resources was an important part of their core business requirements. DelaneyDavidson developed a resource management system, allowing password protected upload of resources, with various permission levels controlling access to all uploaded files.

Course Enquiry / Lead Management Tools

To help Health Industry Training streamline the process of receiving enquiries via the website, DelaneyDavidson developed a Course Enquiry system. This system tied in seamlessly with both the Course Information page and the contact form, and allowed potential students to express their interest in a number of courses. Enquiries were not only emailed instantly to Health Industry Training staff, but were also stored in the website CMS, to provide insurance against missed enquiries.
